2010 Valentines Day Charity Event
Show Your LOVE for Abused Children in Our Community by making a Donation to The NEST. Then The Baby Store Plus will Pay You Back!! Dollar for Dollar!
Now thru Valentines Day, when you Make a Donation to Benefit The NEST, in-store or on our website, The Baby Store Plus will issue a "Pay Back Certificate" of *Equal Value, valid towards any single in-store purchase during the month of March! Make a $100 Cash Donation & receive a $100 "Pay Back Certificate!" Use it to buy a crib, stroller, breastpump or even a bunch of small stuff that adds up to $100!

online by using the "Donate" button below.
If you would like to make a donation to The NEST, Four-Corners Child Advocacy Center, you may use the button below. Please be sure to include your correct mailing address when making your Paypal payment so that we can mail you a "Pay Back Certificate". *Electronic payments will see a 3% fee deducted from the "Pay Back Certificate" value in order to cover the merchant processing fee that The Baby Store Plus has to pay in order to receive the funds electronically.
Terms & Conditions: The Baby Store Plus will issue a "Pay Back Certificate" of **equal value to a donation made during normal business hours inside The Baby Store Plus store at 28 W Main Street, Cortez, CO 81321, or an electronic payment paid via Paypal to The Baby Store Plus, for the Benefit of The NEST, Four-Corner's Child Advocacy Center of Cortez, CO, 81321, a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Donations will be accepted in the form of Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Card, or Paypal payment (using a major credit card, debit card, eCheck, or Paypal balance). No checks will be accepted.
**The "Pay Back Certificate" for any donation made by any method other than cash, will be issued for the amount of the donation -less a 3% merchant processing fee that will be paid by The Baby Store Plus in order to receive the donated funds.
Donations will be accepted January 25, 2010 at 7:00pm MST through February 14, 2010 at 11:59pm MST. Any donations received AFTER this time period will be forwarded to The NEST, however they will Not be eligible to receive a Pay Back Certificate.
The "Pay Back Certificate" will not be valid until March 1, 2010 at 12:01 am MST, and will be void after March 31, 2010 at 11:59 pm MST. Each "Pay Back Certificate" will be issued in the name of the person making the donation, hereinafter referred to as the 'Certificate Holder'. The Certificate Holder is responsible for keeping the "Pay Back Certificate" in a safe location. The Baby Store Plus will NOT issue a replacement "Pay Back Certificate" if lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. The Baby Store Plus will NOT honor the "Pay Back Certificate" after it's expiration date. The "Pay Back Certificate" may be redeemed by anyone with it in their possession, regardless of the name on the "Pay Back Certificate". The Baby Store Plus will not be held liable if the "Pay Back Certificate" is redeemed by someone other than the named "Certificate Holder".
The "Pay Back Certificate" must be redeemed in a single transaction, in-store only, (cannot be redeemed for online purchases). If the purchase is less then the full value on the "Pay Back Certificate", The Baby Store Plus will NOT give cash back, will NOT issue another "Pay Back Certificate", and will NOT issue store credit for any remaining "Pay Back Certificate" balance unused. Any unused balance will be forfeited by the "Certificate Holder" or his/her heirs. The "Pay Back Certificate" has no cash-in value in and of itself and can only be used towards the purchase of in-stock merchandise as specified above. Any merchandise purchased with the "Pay Back Certificate" will NOT be eligible for refund or credit if later returned for any reason.
By making a donation you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not understand any of these terms or conditions, please ask for further explanation from a paid staff member of The Baby Store Plus, LLC.
The NEST, Four-Corners Child Advocacy Center is the Charity is the Benefit in this event and will receive 100% of all cash donations received.

emotional trauma experienced by children during the investigation and
prosecution of child abuse cases. They have been serving child victims
of abuse and their non-offending family members in our community since 1992.
Child Abuse is a COMMUNITY Problem.
