FAQ's

The following are answers to questions that I get asked most often.

Q: Can I buy your products through this website?

A: YES! Visit our Online Shop at http://Shop.TheBabStorePlus.com we have an ever growing inventory of baby, maternity, breastfeeding, & on-the-go gear too. We offer easy payment options including most major credit cards, debit cards, and even eChecks through the safe PayPal system, or Print & Call option for providing your credit card information over the phone. We ship anywhere within the US and we offer Free In-Store Pick up too!

Q:    Can I buy a Gift Card online?

A:    Yes, Gift Cards can be purchased online store or by calling the store during normal business hours with your credit card handy. Gift cards can be purchased in Any amount that you desire. There is no expiration date on the Gift Card, nor will the card lose value over time.

Q:    Can I call you to find out if you carry a certain product, what its price is, etc?

A:    Certainly! We totally understand that you don't want to drive around town with a baby in tow, looking for an item that you need...don't hesitate to call us if you are looking for something in particular, we are always here to assist you.

Q:    Do you take consignment (used) items?

A:    No. We no longer have a used/consignment program. If you have an item such as a crib or stroller that you want to sell, you are more than welcome to post a classified ad for it on our community events wall in the entryway of our store.

Q:    Do you have a Layaway Program?

A:     Yes we do have a Layaway Program. We require a minimum of $50 worth of merchandise to open a layaway. You will be required to pay 20% down and a minimum of 8 weekly payments of 10% of the total (or 4 bi-weekly payments of 20% of total). The layaway is Free, however, there is a 10% restocking fee if all payments are not made in full and on time.

Q: Do you have a Baby Shower Registry?

A: Yes, but it is in-store only (at this time). If you wish to register for your baby shower simply stop by the store and we will get you started. Once you are registered we will provide you with cards to give to your shower guests to let them know you are registered with us. When they come to the store to view your registry information we will provide them with a current list of items that you desire. Out of town guests can call to purchase Gift Cards for you over the phone.

In Store: Cash,

, Discover, Baby Store Plus Gift Cards & Cortez Cash.
Online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover,and debit cards, plus American Express, and eChecks through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use their service to securely pay for purchases online.

We can accept credit and debit cards over the telephone too.
Store Hours:

Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm
Saturdays 11am to 5pm
Closed Sundays

If you're running late and afraid you wont make it to the store before we close, just give us a call!
